Educational support

Services are designed to support learning, research understanding, writing improvement and academic preparation. Clients remain responsible for institutional compliance.

No outcome guarantee

No specific grade, admission, publication, visa, employment or career result is guaranteed, as outcomes depend on factors outside Stuwius control.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Stuwius.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Stuwius website, WhatsApp communication channels, administration portal and educational support services.

In these Terms, “Stuwius,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Stuwius. “Client,” “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to any person who visits our website, communicates with us or requests a service.

By using the website, submitting an enquiry, communicating with Stuwius or confirming a service, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully before requesting or using a service.

2. About Stuwius

Stuwius provides educational and academic support services that may include:

  • Academic guidance.
  • Research support.
  • Topic-development assistance.
  • Editing and proofreading.
  • Formatting and referencing support.
  • Statistical and data-analysis assistance.
  • SPSS, SmartPLS and related analytical support.
  • Presentation preparation.
  • Learning materials.
  • Skill-development assistance.
  • Thesis and dissertation guidance.
  • Research-paper support.
  • Assignment guidance.
  • Corrections and revision support.
  • Other related educational services agreed with the client.

The precise scope of each service will be based on the client’s requirements and the written quotation, plan or confirmation provided by Stuwius.

3. Acceptance of Terms

You accept these Terms when you:

  • Use the Stuwius website.
  • Submit a website form.
  • Communicate with us through WhatsApp, email or telephone.
  • Request a quotation.
  • Approve a service plan.
  • Make a booking or payment.
  • Receive or use a deliverable.

Where a separate written quotation, service plan, invoice or confirmation is issued, that document forms part of these Terms.

If a service-specific confirmation differs from a general provision in these Terms, the service-specific written confirmation will apply to that service.

4. Service Enquiries

When making an enquiry, clients should provide accurate and sufficient information, such as:

  • The required service.
  • Subject or research area.
  • Degree or programme level.
  • University or country requirements.
  • Instructions and assessment criteria.
  • Page or word count.
  • Required format and referencing style.
  • Deadline.
  • Required software or analytical method.
  • Relevant files and supporting materials.

Stuwius may ask follow-up questions to understand the requirement before confirming scope, timing and price.

5. Quotations and Service Confirmation

A quotation may be based on:

  • Nature and complexity of the requirement.
  • Length or number of sections.
  • Required research or analysis.
  • Deadline.
  • Formatting requirements.
  • Number and type of deliverables.
  • Availability of instructions and data.
  • Revision or support requirements.

A service begins after the client accepts the relevant quotation or plan and completes any agreed booking or initial payment requirement. Quotations remain subject to the conditions and validity period stated in the individual quotation.

Additional or substantially changed requirements may require an updated timeline or quotation.

6. Payments

Payment amounts, booking amounts, instalments and due dates will be communicated in the written quotation, invoice, payment plan or order confirmation.

Clients agree to make payments according to the agreed schedule.

Stuwius may pause work or delivery when an agreed payment is overdue.

Any applicable taxes, payment-processing charges or bank charges will be communicated where relevant.

Clients should use only payment details officially provided by Stuwius and retain transaction confirmation for their records.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on:

  • The stage of work completed.
  • Resources already allocated.
  • Research or analysis already performed.
  • Deliverables already provided.
  • Third-party expenses already incurred.
  • The written quotation or service confirmation.

Where work has already commenced, the completed portion and committed resources may remain chargeable.

Any service-specific refund or cancellation condition communicated in writing will apply to that service.

Clients should contact support@stuwius.in promptly when requesting a cancellation or discussing an order concern.

8. Educational Purpose and Client Responsibility

Stuwius services are designed to support:

  • Learning and skill development.
  • Research understanding.
  • Writing improvement.
  • Data interpretation.
  • Editing and presentation.
  • Academic planning.
  • Preparation and revision.

Clients remain responsible for:

  • Understanding their institution’s policies.
  • Reviewing all materials provided.
  • Ensuring final work reflects their own understanding.
  • Making required disclosures.
  • Confirming factual accuracy.
  • Verifying citations and source requirements.
  • Deciding how materials are used or submitted.
  • Complying with applicable academic, professional and institutional rules.

Stuwius encourages responsible use of all educational support materials.

9. Client-Provided Materials

Clients confirm that they have the right to share any material provided to Stuwius.

This may include:

  • Instructions.
  • Drafts.
  • Data.
  • Articles.
  • Images.
  • Institutional documents.
  • Assessment materials.
  • Research instruments.
  • Feedback.
  • Reference files.

Clients should not provide material that unlawfully infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

Stuwius may rely on the accuracy and completeness of information supplied by the client.

10. Deadlines and Delivery

Stuwius aims to complete agreed work within the confirmed timeline.

Delivery timing depends on:

  • Timely receipt of instructions.
  • Availability of required files and data.
  • Client responses to clarification requests.
  • Timely payments.
  • Scope remaining materially unchanged.
  • Technical or external circumstances.

A timeline may be adjusted when:

  • Requirements change.
  • Essential information is delayed.
  • Client feedback is delayed.
  • Additional work is requested.
  • A technical or external issue reasonably affects delivery.

Stuwius will aim to communicate material timeline changes promptly.

11. Revisions and Corrections

Revision scope and availability will be based on the relevant quotation or service confirmation. A revision generally addresses the originally confirmed requirement.

A request may be treated as additional work where it:

  • Introduces a new topic.
  • Changes the original objective.
  • Adds substantial new content.
  • Changes methodology.
  • Adds new data or analysis.
  • Changes the required format after completion.
  • Is received outside the agreed support period.

Stuwius aims to address valid revision requests clearly and professionally.

12. Communication Through WhatsApp

Stuwius may use WhatsApp to:

  • Receive enquiries.

Messages may be delivered to the secure Stuwius administration portal and accessed by authorised team members.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the WhatsApp number used for communication is accurate and secure.

A client may request that communication continue through another available channel.

13. AI-Assisted Support

Stuwius may use artificial intelligence technology to:

  • Generate an initial support response.
  • Help understand an enquiry.
  • Organise requirements.
  • Suggest replies to authorised team members.
  • Improve response speed.
  • Assist with administrative communication.

AI-generated communication may be reviewed, edited or replaced by an authorised Stuwius team member.

Clients may request human assistance at any time.

AI-assisted communication does not replace the client’s responsibility to review service information and final deliverables.

14. Intellectual Property

The Stuwius website, branding, original website content, software, designs, processes and general service materials remain the property of Stuwius or their respective licensors.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Clients may use customised deliverables provided for their agreed educational or professional purpose after completing the agreed payment.
